There are two fastening methods for the steel-grating. If there’s no need of loading after installation then it can use welding method. Weld the four corners of the steel-grating and the supporting member. The welding slot height is 3mm.
The welding slot length is less than 20mm. See Figure ①.
To remove the steel-grating frequently then it is necessary to use the saddle-clip.
Every piece of steel-grating needs at least four saddle clips. Fasten and fix the four corners to the supporting parts. As for the method of application, please see Figure② ③ . Our company can provide the above two saddle clips. The user can select them when ordering steel-gratin, and please mark which kind of type you want to use.
